RESIDENCE

Whether you are a new or returning student, the TRU Residence is always accepting applications.

New students can apply at anytime during the year, students are accepted on a "first come, first served" basis so apply now or contact us if you have any questions.

Returning residents can reapply internally through the Residence front desk between February and March (spaces are limited so don't delay…)

Once we confirm your bed space, we will send out additional information.

Although the Residence has over 500 beds, returning students get the first
right of refusal for our limited set of single and two bedroom deluxe suites. With only 26 single beds and 20 double deluxe beds (which are 100sq ft larger than the regular two bedroom suites), those that choose to apply for these units will have their names placed into a special lottery. You have to be a returning resident to apply for these units.
